Currently there is no out-of-box function in SMA to copy / move files from a client machine to the SMP Server when client is in CEM mode.
(Client connected via internet/gateway to SMP, not in intranet).
Most of our customers requesting this kind of feature.
From my point of view there is absolutely a need to be able to copy Files from a Client to the central SMP Server. (copying logfiles when installing Software…)
It would be great if Symantec can add a Task to allow to copy Files / Folders from a Client PC even when the Computer is in CEM Mode!
