- Support for SQL Server 2025 (which enables IT Analytics component of ITMS to use Power BI Report Server)
- New ephemeral CEM client certificates enabling agent to automatically generate CEM client certificates as needed

- Report Viewer modernization providing the ability to filter by data in individual columns, sort data by multiple columns, create multi-level groupings based on column headings, ability to save results in PDF format, and flexible and sophisticated graphing and charting capabilities
- Role security policies enable simultaneous editing of privileges associated with multiple security roles
- Ability to prevent the independent running of tasks while allowing them to be executed from within jobs
- Default values for Repeat Task Schedules eliminated (schedules previously defaulted to be executed every minute)
- Ability to create lists of custom defined values for task tokens
- Symantec Installation Manager no longer supports 30-day built-in evaluation (license key now required to install ITMS); future releases of ITMS will require new version of Symantec Installation Manager to be downloaded from Broadcom Support Portal
