ITMS 8.7 Basic Inventory issue

There is a issue with ITMS Agent version 8.7.1278 or lower – Basic Inventory will not be sent even when it is configured to run every 24 Hours.

The affected Devices marked as „Needs attention“

Apply the following Filter to see if you also affected

Everything works as expected but your Devices marked as „needs attention“.

You can run the „send basic Inventory“ Task to get your devices back to a „healty“ state.

This will be fixed in one of the upcoming releases.
